Your Privacy

All information is kept private and confidential between client and sex coach, any information cannot be disclosed without written permission.

Exceptions include: 

• Suspected child abuse or dependent adult or elder abuse, for which I am required by law to report this to the appropriate authorities immediately. 

• If a client is threatening serious bodily harm to another person/s, I must notify the police and inform the intended victim. 

• If a client intends to harm themself, I will make every effort to enlist their cooperation in ensuring their safety. If they do not cooperate, I will take further measures without their permission that are provided to me by law in order to ensure their safety. 

 

Your Confidentiality

Confidentiality is protected by state laws and includes the content of sex coaching and that the client is attending coaching services. 

 

Examples of ways coaches protect the confidentiality of their clients include:

 

• All communications between a client and a coach will not be disclosed without written permission from the client.

• The coach will receive permission to form clients before leaving any information on voicemail, emails, and text messages.

• The coach will not acknowledge to outside parties that a client is attending coaching and when or if the client has an appointment.

• The coach will not discuss the contents of therapy with a third party without explicit permission from the client.​

Cancellation Policy
I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. For example, if your appointment is at 4:00 pm on Wednesday, you must cancel before 4:00 pm on Tuesday. 

If you purchased a special to be paid upfront, you could transfer dates ONE time only. After the first transfer, you will not be able to transfer the date and time again. You are forfeiting your upfront payment if you cannot make your transferred appointment.

No call, no show, or cancel within the 24-hour window will result in you forfeiting your deposit, and you must pay your next appointment in full to book again.  If your date is paid in full, the same rules apply.

All deposits and upfront payments are nonrefundable. 

 

Late Policy
If you are late for your appointment, the session will end at the allotted time. There will be no cancellations or transfers of dates if you are late for your appointment. If you want to re-book, you must pay an additional deposit.
